HOW DO I GET STARTED?

If you were to want to buy a car, you'd need to have two things: 1) a drivers' license, and 2) a purpose for driving the car. Otherwise, why spend the money? We look at fitness the same way (just way less nerve-wracking than a dealership!). 

There are two ways to get started. If you're dead-certain that our gym is for you, we have an On-Ramp class so we can make sure that you're comfortable with the movements. Once you've "graduated" On-Ramp, you'll sit down with Jordan, our head coach and registered dietitian, to learn about what your goals are. That way we can make sure we're working to truly get the results you want, not just throwing stuff against a wall and hoping it sticks. 

If you're not sure, you can always try a week free! Come to classes to get a sense of who we are and what we're about. Some of the movements you may not have done before, but our coaches are skilled at teaching and adjusting so you can still safely go through what we do.
