Why do you make exercise a priority?
SO many reasons! To challenge myself, clear my head, and to be a good role model for my boys (and to keep up with them!). I never want working out to feel like a chore and luckily it doesn't! I do it because I found something I thoroughly enjoy.
Why did you decide to become a coach?
The coaches I had when I first started working out made me feel comfortable and helped me established a healthy relationship with exercise. They encouraged me every day and showed me what I am capable of. I became a. coach because I want to do the same for everyone who comes through our doors. I love seeing someone accomplish something new and surprise themself. Makes my day every time!
What is something you'd tell someone new to the gym/wanting to join?
Try out a week and be consistent! You will be amazed at what you can do surrounded by such a great, encouraging community. We can't wait to have you!

Why do you make exercise a priority?
Recently, to keep up with my boys as they grow. Throughout the years, working out for me provides as much mental training as physical, providing me perspective for tough situations outside the gym.
Why did you decide to become a coach?
I really enjoyed the community and being around people that want to be better than they were yesterday. Deciding to be a coach allowed me to be part of that journey. It provided opportunity to encourage people to work towards and achieve something they may have thought was impossible when they started...bettering themselves mentally and physically for any task outside the gym.
What is something you'd tell someone new to the gym/wanting to join?
- Everybody starts somewhere and has their own journey.
- Try out a few classes because each day is different.
- Find your routine that allows you to get to class consistently.
- Contact Jordan with any questions!

Why do you make exercise a priority?
I started exercising consistently in my late 20's. Up until then, it was your typical "yoyo" working out. Finding a gym, becoming a member, and eventually a coach, has changed my life and perspective on "working out". To me, it's much more than that. It's a way of life for me, my wife, and eventually my kids.
Why did you decide to be a coach?
I was kicking around the idea for awhile. Not knowing how or when to pull the trigger. But I knew I wanted to be in a bigger role than "gym buddy". I wanted to help in a more fulfilling and educated way. Coaching has really helped me with that. Seeing the members coming in every day. Seeing not only their physical growth but their personal growth is a reward that I will take with me forever.
What is something you'd tell someone new to the gym/wanting to join?
Just do it...I know that sounds cliché, but everything new in life is scary at first. With the support of the members and coaches it gets easier, and we are all there for the same reason. We all started somewhere.

Why do you make exercise a priority?
I use exercise mainly as a stress reliever. Obviously the physical and health benefits of exercise are important but I really use my gym time to tune out and relieve any stressors that may be happening.
Why did you decide to become a coach?
I decided to become a coach because I found myself trying to help people work through movements in class while I worked out. Beyond that I wanted to share how training has changed my life for the better, and help people do movements they never thought capable of.
What is something you'd tell someone new to the gym/wanting to join?
I would tell someone new to the gym to not be overwhelmed by all the movements. There is a lot to take in when first starting out and your coach is there to guide you through step by step so use them! Also do not compare yourself to anyone else in the gym. Every workout can be scaled to any skill level, and at the day you are there to get a good workout in. As long as that is achieved you won the day.
